Player revive suddenly not working, been a couple of days

Hi guys, the multi-tool gun has stopped working recently to revive other players at least, I noticed people talking about it and thought it was just one of those things, but now all the groups are saying it has stopped working, I tried also and they are right, is there a bug here? I don't think I changed anything before it stopped working so could someone please advise.

Worked a charm today a few times. It only works ONCE (without relogging) and sometimes it bugs when you log in.

Having the same problem, its buggy from time to time. Dont know what causes it.

We've been noticing the same buggy issues on our server.  In fact it's sort of a shock when it does work.   It's  been this way  for while (longer than this weekend).  Wondered if it was linked to the epoch update that  allowed AI to do damage?  Any thoughts out there ?
