Self blood bag script help

Hey can someone please give me directions on how to get a WORKING self blood bag script onto my epoch servers, i tried once and apparently my "fn_selfactions" screwed up my traders and stuff... everytime i look i get some roundabout trail of posts saying install this, then another post saying also use this guys epoch self actions script and blah de blah!, could someone please link me to a straight forwards blood bag script where the instructions are all on one post. i am a noob to arma 2 server hosting so please explain it clearly

do i have to do anything custom to my self actions? i used this before and my traders stopped working
