This means that either you need to distribute the addon along with your mission file, OR the client must download the addon separately and run it while joining your server (Like R-mod etc). I think its feasible to have the client get the needed files from the mission and so long as your addon isn't really big that should be OK but I don't know exactly how you would go about doing this.
