processorhd
what is the best launcher to use for epoch and dayz? preferably one that downloads fast and not 45 kb/s?
ElDubya
DayZ Launcher hands down. Also, it's your internet connection speed and the upload speed of wherever the files are stored that you are downloading that determines your download speed, not the launcher. No most launchers don't have dedicated download servers so they take forever, I downloaded something from DayZ launcher and CCG it peaked at like 70 kb/s
ElDubya
Why are you downloading anything through the launcher anyway? Torrents and direct downloads will always be faster.

If you would read my other post in general discussion it's because I can't open the epoch download, it downloads 126KB then says file archive is unknown of broken
BetterDeadThanZed
You can also try Survivial Launcher. As far as I know, both Survival Launcher and Dayz Launcher use torrents to download the files. Also, do you have a torrent program installed?
