for this reason i see many players getting banned on my server..

 

does anyone know the reason for this?

That's too little information for us to work on :(

 

IIRC there will be ban txt files with more details.

found out problem..they was a release for the aia terrain pack to be updated...players who recently downloaded the pack from epoch mod got new files and server waas running old version and banning players for extra files

Argh yes, those patches are a PITA.

 

Hence our servers use our own launcher.. But then ppl have to find that one lols...

hey guys ,, i updated the map pack on the server (lite version )

now when i updated client side and connect it say missing keys ,,,

so i downloaded the key and placed it in the key folder with the other 2 old keys on the server
still got same probelm, people with the old map pack can connect fine,,, so im at a loss lol

 

can any one help ?

Delete the OLD keys !!! (then restart server)

got it " i put the new key  in the map pack folder not the main key folder in there arma 3 dir ,,,, and by leaving the old keys in , people with old map pack can still connect
