Chimes sound when raining

So, I thought I was going crazy and hearing sounds in my house until I realized it was in game..

 

When ever it rains in game I get a constant chime in my right ear. The audible sound is quite but loud enough to be very annoying.

 

I've heard this same sound in a youtube vid a while ago.. I'd post link but can't remember which one it was..

 

 

I will keep looking for the vid and post a link once I find it..
