Dayz Epoch 1.0.1.1, Random Broken Legs/And More

I've got an issue where, randomly and for no discernible cause, everyone on the server breaks their legs, and can not pick anything up. At first, I thought it was the work of a dedicated troll hacker, but we're using anti hack software, and I cant seem to pinpoint any one person logging in or that the event is centered around. I'm checking to see if anyone gets this issue besides me. Specifically, the server population can not pick anything up, and has broken legs. Once it happens, only a server restart can repair the issue. Once the server is restart and players re-login, they don't have broken legs, whither they morphine'd or not, and can once again pick things up.

What map are you using?  Latest Epoch version?  Addons?

Using Chenarus, Epoch version 1.0.1.1 release, current mod list is; custom loot table, customized map, towing, carrying of particular objects (if you've ever played wasteland, the equivalent of carrying a food table or water barrel.) We also unbanned a bunch of vehicles, and added custom weapons to a few vehicles (specifically on the motorcycle and atv.)
