Darkstar_
Since I have been using Overpoch now, I have had serious issues connecting to the server. I mainly use CCG Overpoch Altis #1. My buddies can fire up arma and be in the server within a minute, I on the otherhand will be staring at the receiving data screen for 10 minutes. After which time the game will seem to wake up and then I see the Epoch loading screen, followed by a message saying I was kicked for player restriction #1. I've tried deleting the mission file, restarting PC, restarting Arma and loading Altis in the editor beforehand. Nothing works. I will eventually connect, but it is at random and can be after 25 minutes of retries. The speed of the receiving data loading bar is also random. Sometimes being full instantly and other times VERY slowly creeping up. After the server restarts my buddies (5 of them) can join back on nearly instantly. I am always the one who takes 20 minutes to get it. What gives? There must be an answer here, it is driving me insane. Here is a log file if it helps. Darkstar_
I won't, trust me on that one. Sorry, it was a direct copy paste. It is driving me insane and no one else has the same problem. Like a secret, black ops.
Nic
Do you have a similar experience on other servers?
second_coming
I'd try reinstalling Epoch and the other mods that CCG run @emod and @mas. Also try removing all the command line options and get steam to verify your game cache for Arma3. Failing that check for viruses and that your router / wifi is working okay.
