Cannot Interact with most things.

Good Afternoon,

 

I'm having a slight issue with an inability to interact with vehicles, weapons, other loot, traders, and so on. Yet, oddly enough, I can open the armoir and the loot spawns, but you cannot interact with the loot.

 

Everything else about the server seems to be working just fine. Does anyone have an idea where I might be missing something in the configuration?

I'm not sure why the scroll wheel doesn't have an inventory function in this mod.
