Richie Posted December 17, 2014 Report Share Posted December 17, 2014 You press Ctrl & i to upgrade when facing the wall, you'll need 2 x Cinder Blocks and 1 x Mortar Bucket Once fully upgraded you need 1 x Large Salvage Metal and, 1 x Electronic Components to put a lock on it, you also need a frequency jammer or anyone can open it.
