Locks not recognizing group members

Hey guys,

 

I have a small base with a few locked doors.  I have set up a jammer in my base.  Our crew also has set up a group.

 

It's my understanding that anyone in the group should be able to Unlock the doors that I have put locks onto.

 

However, none of my group members are given the option to unlock any of the doors nor can they build anything within the jammer radius.

 

Any suggestions?

1. Were you in the group when the jammer was put down?

2. If not did you setup the group? 

 

From what I have found, and I may not be totally right so bear with me. I believe that if you build a base before going into a group then you must start the group for them to be able to use items associated with your jammer.

Yes I think Jack is right here.

My friend has set up a group for us. I have build the base with the Jammer.
Only myself can unlock the door.

Seems like only the people who are group owners AND base owners can allow others to use locks.

That could be addressed in the upcoming patches.

For what i have understood, jammer must be placed by the group leader, after that everyone in group can use locks
