One of the problems is the more weapons you add to the loot table the easier the game will get to the point where you might as well just specify spawn in loadouts ala BF or COD. In a quick test today of 1.0.3 I walked into one barracks area in Panthera with the smaller wooden military buildings and came away with 2 range finders, a M249 SAW, M8 SAW, G36C, G36K and a PKP and a total of nearly 1000 rounds of ammo.
