Hey guys, looking for a method to announce every so often, for who has a certain item in game (broadcast message). My idea is to have a mission spawn in "randomly" the mission will spawn in a predetermined item, in which if a player gets to and picks up the item, it will broadcast a message every set interval, and if another player kills them and then picks up the item it then broadcasts that the new player has the item. The players with the item will have to make it to a set trader who will exchange the item for the mission prize. I can handle scripting every thing but the message broadcast, and possibly put a map marker for the player holding the item but not needed. Any thoughts on how to do this? Also the server will delete any of the items on server restart. Thanks!
