Hi guys new here need help installing Epoch no idea where to put this

I am having trouble installing epoch and I would really appreciate if someone could help me out I would love to beta test this mod I have played dayz and heard it was like it sorta and I Love dayz so I want to try this mod out and report bugs help it get to a better game as I am doing with dayz sa atm I got the launcher installed and it says

cancelling torrent worker and sits there and has been for 10 hours now is there anything im doing wrong? my friends are playing just fine and got passed it but I am not
