If it happens just before/after server restart, you need to edit the server start script to clear the player cache folder, in order to update the latter upon server start with the player loadout on the database. Just look for the epoch.sh script file on the game root folder and add this after the export LD_LIB... line, like so:  export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=.:/usr/lib32:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH # Clear the cache to eliminate the rollback bug rm -rf cache/players/* rm -rf cache/traders/* rm -rf cache/objects/* This will make it, that just before the server start it will recreate the player cache files with the up-to-date data in the database.  Cheers.
