New Trader vehicle spawn/selling area?-SOLVED

I added a bandit trader eveything works perfect except Vehicles. When purchsing the vehicles you gett the key but vehicles dont spawn.  I am assuming the hero trader that was added has the same issue.  I didnt look through the code yet, but I suspect that an area has to be defined for the vehicles to spawn?  Most traders that sell helis have helipad_h within 20M.  Do you have to use a heli pad and define it as the area where vehicles spawn and can be sold?  And if so is the actual class name of the  helipad that must be added Helipad_H?  Where in the mission is this defined?

So it turns out when anyone buys a vehicle from my traders that I set up, the vehicles end up on top of Sabina hill!!!  I have found a huge pile of cars up there from people purchasing them.  Any clue why this would be happening?  I think spawn points for cars are in the fn_selfactions.sqf possibly.  Have not really looked yet just found out about the cars last night.
