Starting Loadout not saving or working. latest patch

I know it has been addressed on different forums and here but I've tried to the suggestions. Not working out for me. I have a DayZ.ST server running the latest Epoch patch 1.0.2.3 off of dayz commander. 

 

Obviously I cant use the control panel's custom load out. its not supported. I tried to change the inventory in the days_server\compile\server_playerlogin.sqf but that did nothing. I tried a new format where I add the defaultmagazine code into my mission PBOs init.sqf and that wouldn't even let me start my server at all. I added it just like it was instructed to.

 

I have Self bloodbag, auto refuel, debug monitor, Sarge AI installed. I'm pretty sure non of these scripts has anything to do with it because I tried to change my loadout before I even attempted to install different scripts. 

 

I'm kinda new at the script game so if you have an answer, I'm at the "instruct a monkey how to do it" phase.
