Im not sure, but that is the one thing i think could have anything to do with it. Check your logs, and keep trying to upgrade. if not try to build a new wall and see if it works then. Have you made sure that on any of them mods, if they say to use a custom file, that you have used the epoch version of the file and then edited it as needed for the custom mod?
