Trying to find instant TP from building to building for a Map Project

I have seen mention of something simular to this tp from point a to b.. Im wanting to do something sort of like the bunker in namalsk .. Yes I realize that wasn't a tp, but its the only way I can come close to the effect that I have in mind.. since I cant excavate the ground easily lol .. But wanted to give the feel of it.. .walk down stairs... then when reach the bottom .*.**  ## POOF ## *** .... magic fairy dust n crap lol .. your at a another building all windows blocked in the dark . you walk down again and your in the location .. Im sure this is prob a easy task .. just cant find script to do it 

Please advise of a working script for 1.0.5.1
