adding mods to server

is there any way i can add the following mods to the server rather than getting people to install the mods?

At a first glance they all look like they need client files updating. Would mean your players would need to download the extra not as a mission.

The horse certainly looks interesting if finished..

Then you'll be wanting OWPack for this, and a crapload of robert hammer made guns (basically all breaking point guns)

It's like 1.3GB and documentation severely lacking for classnames etc. And of course all clients will need this client side too. Instructions are easy to follow for the installation though.

Does anyone know if it is possible to add the client side mods to the mission.pbo all player receive when they connect to the server?

I just wanted to add a small mod but i dont want all players to install it by themselfes :/
