Server files deleted

I recently accidentally deleted 3 key folders in my dayz_overpoch folder on my server hosted by Vilayer. System, Init, and Compiles. When I tried to restore to a previous restore point to fix this mistake the restore feature glitched somehow and failed and now i seem to have no restore points.

 

I then downloaded the epoch server files from epochmod and found the files I had deleted by mistake and reinserted them into the Dayz_Overpoch folder and the server would not load. So I went one mod at a time making all the edits to those folders that were requested, main one being infistar. the server now kicks me the second I enter the lobby of my server. "You have been kicked off the game"

 

Any help to resolve my mistake would be greatly appreciated as i have hit a dead end with what to do.

They got back to me in 1 day and offered a fix, so thank you for replies. My server should be back up later today :)

I would like to post that my first major mistake that I could not fix was solved brilliantly by Vilayer. If anyone was looking for a server host that has good tech support then you might want to give them a look :) I will post 2 links, first is a referral link that helps me and just so you know I'm not just saying this in hopes of getting referrals I will also post a direct link as well that doesn't help me at all :)
