Building items flat? Help.

Hey guys, i'm building my base and i get a problem, sometimes when i'm going to build something "flying", the floor for example (to make a roof), it doesn't stay flat, it get crooked. I think it's because of the ground, i don't know. 

 

Is there a way to make it flat everytime i build something?
