Whitelisted but kicked for not being whitelisted?

I received a message that I was whitelisted, after entering a key from a stream.

That's the page I recieved with the whitelist message.

 

Now, when I launch the game everything works up to the point where I'm almost loaded in and then I get kicked for "Not being whitelisted"  Can someone please help me out, here?  What have I done wrong?

 

I never got a button to click for a steam login or gender selection.  I keep hearing about that, but never got that, just the success.  you have been added to the whitelist message!  ARRRGGH!

Thats no failure from Sauerland.

 

You want to connect to a white listed server. So, please  contact your Server-Hoster or Admin to became Whitelisted and yor account  activated.
