choppra Posted August 28, 2014 Report Share Posted August 28, 2014 Has anyone here every created a custom buildable item? I want to create a Eviction notice sign for bases that violate rules. Often we end up just blocking off the base and they just quit the server thinking someone took it over or they pick the lock and get back in. I created a custom image that says to speak to an admin about their current base but I want to know what would be the best way to add it in game. Save to the DB, save the object texture file name in the inventory of the item, on server load, read the texture file and re apply before placing in the world ?.
