How do i manually update epoch.

I tryed what the pinned thread said to do but i only got a pdf and nothing to exstract. So I put it in the OA folder and loaded arrowhead and dayz_epoch was no longer listed under expantions. What do i do and where did I go wrong?

The file from the thread is a 7zip file. download that program to extract the @dayz_epoch folder to your root install.
