1.0.1.5 -> 1.0.2.1 upgrade, so few zombies...

Question

After upgrading to version 1.0.2.1 and updating the various scripts to match our old installation (install DayzAI, custom load out, extra vehicles and debris) we noticed that zombies (and assuming loot as well) won't spawn when in a vehicle. And even parking a few hundred meters away, only a small number will spawn. Our old installation would spawn a lot more and we liked it that way and I don't recall ever changing any values that would have affected this. I'm having a hell of a time tracking down a solution. 

 

Any ideas?

Still searching and still can't find anything. Zombies and loot won't spawn when driving into the vicinity where they did on the 1.0.5 patch. Could this also be attributed to an extra I have installed? The only one i have installed at the moment is DayzAI.

 

Any thoughts ?

Its the same for us, and we have never touched the files. Its stock standard epoch with not mods,, and from 1.0.5.1 to 1.0.2.1 , Zombies don't spawn when in vehicles and the wandering or wild zombies are gone. Took a lot away from the atmosphere. I think it has something to do with the fact the new update used 1.7.7. zombies from the Dayz mod. I think this has everything to do with it. IF you want the old zombies back with all the new building you would have to start with the last Epoch update and work from there I believe. Let me know if you get it working :)
