You also have to launch your Arma 2: OA before you can join a server (after updating, just go to the main menu and then close it) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I wasn't able to install a different version through dayz commander because I had that beta thing. Once I used Steam to manually downgrade I was able to install it without errors. Thanks as well.
