Adding Barracks

So, I have been trying to add barracks onto my server so that I can make a Outpost that has decent loot, and I can't seem to find "land_mil_barracks_i" in my infiSTAR building section, anyway to find it? 

 

Also, is there a addon that can spawn pre-made outposts or something? I've been looking everywhere and can't find one.

I'll try that, but I have a Antihack where you can spawn permanent buildings, and I can't seem to find the barracks.. Thank you though

If you have an epoch server it's better to add them with the editor

Yeah, I know you can spawn things and save them to database with InfiSTAR as of a couple updates ago, but I'm not sure which table it writes it to.  I've always just added them with the editor.  There's a bit of code that will make them stand vertical too if the ground is uneven.
