Need Help with weird error

HI, when I am in game, on Napf server, all of a sudden my fps drop, and my hard drive light goes bananas. When I abort to lobby, it stops. Re-logging only makes it start crunching again...any ideas what might be causing this out-of-the-blue occurrence?

Wrong forum but it could be that your hard drive is on its way out. Try running a S.M.A.R.T test on it
