Did you compare the worldName in mission.sqm and spawnconfig.sqf?
I had the problem, that Origins 1.8 changes the name from tavi to taviana.

You have to edit server_publishVehicle2.sqf and server_publishVehicle3.sqf to remove the origins symbol.

Vehicle which you has spawned with infistar won't work.

ist there a way to get this working for waterbases or for the LHD Carrier?
It seems the Fuelpump won't work over water...
