i know it because no chopper has blown up in my gob since shooting it a few times before entering. not only me but also my clanmates and some of our guests. before there was quite a few blow up in your face moments.

make it a habit of shooting your chopper once or twice after each death/server restart. never had an exploding chopper after doing this

same here..i had first had an file integrity error. after checkdiscing my HD and reinstalling arma/epoch from scratch i get alot of stopped working errors

yes that was an exhausting day on my end...had to endure asking admins to poop out stuff so i can get my brain farts build. theres a day off wasted :P
server performed great! couple of lags i had was due to my connection iam sure.

by this stage,i guess, we all got rich with all the sweet dosh safely stuffed away. but heck what to do with all this cash?
guns? meh, you'll find em anyway. choppers, meh bit more rare but you do come across those too fairly often. so then...any ideas? post em here.
how about a leveling system that increase certain things. like perhaps a scout perk that spots drones coming in faster. the merchant who gets a little extra from selling stuff.
the rental dude who rents out boats,cars,choppers or (unarmed) jets.dunno...something to make it worthwile to keep selling and increasing your bank account.

iam a mere player and dont know what can be done within the epoch mod to solve this "problem" ..BUT.. one thing is certain....what to do do with all the monies available?
you love epoch? wanna keep this mod interesting and distingt from other mods for arma 3?...
then show us your brain farts!

having said that, i dont know whats possible on the dev side of things in terms of putting stuff in to keep it rolling but i do think the krypto system is a dump and very boring atm.it doesnt really give you an incentive as a regular player on any server to go out and save up some $'s.

yes it seems odd, while i was on the same server for the same time, at my spot there was not one single drone spawning in. i had 3 sappers appear out of nowhere though. perhaps more remote areas have a less chance of spawning in drones. be interesting to know the exact conditions.
love the increase of danger though. i have been missing those moments where you have to check your 6 constantly :)

ok if you want to be so precise..alright. its not a fix in the first place anyways since there's nothing done that changes the core problem..be it arma 3 base game or the epoch mod. you had your chopper blow up on you after you got in? most likely died in between that and getting in or you just say something to be "against something". thats the feeling i have :p
but you are right on one point ..we'll never know if its luck or not.although then by this standard i know alot of lucky players on our servers
