[Version issue with downloaded server files]

I am a little confused.  I am downloading DayZ_Epoch_Server_1.0.5.1_Release however the config files inside state its 1.0.5/103718
We have been testing on it and seemed to be running ok.  Now all of the sudden today we are being told we need to download Epoch 1.0.5
I am not sure whats happening.  I have installed a few mods but all was working after a few restarts then bam were getting errors about missing files

Any way to get the lift elevator to work?

It has something to do with DayZ Commander.  If I use DayZLoader it works as it should, and shows up in the list.

config set to have AIs count as kills but they are not doing it.
Any idea?

I cant seem to find an answer via google searches that help with this issue.

Please if someone can assist me without a load of hate comments it would be great.

I have installed the server following the instructions.
I merged A2 with A2OA I also have @DayZ and @DayZ Epoch with it.  I then dropped in the DayZ Epoch Server files.  I did all the configs needed and started it up.
It runs but when I try to login via the IP since its not showing in Commander yet.  I am told I am misssing files.  I have everything needed.  I see the files so said missing. 
Now if I merge DayZ Epoch Addon files into the Expantion/Addon folder I can login and play.
This is not a resolution so any help understanding why I am having this issue would be of great help.
