[Where are all the object makers ?]

So this sounds like a fine project!    I'd like to help.  However being a complete newb, I need some idea of where to find a tutorial for this sort of building.   You guys have any links?

We've been noticing the same buggy issues on our server.  In fact it's sort of a shock when it does work.   It's  been this way  for while (longer than this weekend).  Wondered if it was linked to the epoch update that  allowed AI to do damage?  Any thoughts out there ?

I've used a foundation around the rotors to "lock it".  You have to be careful because, like Brez mentioned, at restart it can  blow up if it's too close.  On my server I don't allow folks to blow up vehicles parked at bases just for the lols. I find that to be too trolly, better to spend that energy hunting actual players.

This is something I wish as server Admins we could tweak.  My server seems quite slow with regards to  Zed's, Cloaks (in fact haven't seen one of these at all) and AI drones.  I'd love the ability to  up their numbers.   Will this be something we can do in the future ?
