  1. @Suppe Fine by me. I'm also like to work alone but don't have any time for that. I am still on vacation and behind 3g internet with very limited connection speed and traffic. About static, dude you are wrong! You can make dynamic spawns of spawning script and then terminate them like this: Define spawn cache: _mission={ _sCscript_list =[ [1, [_pos,3,50,[true,false],[false,false,false],false,[10,5],[0,0],[0.6,0.6,0.6,1,0.9,0.6,0.6,0.8,1,1],nil,nil,selected_group_number]] ]; _spawn_script = [_sCscript_list, 500, true] spawn LV_fnc_cache; }; And then terminate it safely: terminate _spawn_script; terminate _mission; This is just part of a code but i think you can get the idea. I've made a mission system on that shit. Hope that you'll get some new ideas from that, good luck.
  2. With reworked AISSP I was able to made THIS(screenshot) with my Chernarus server. All of those markers are militarize or fillhouse scripts used to populate roadblocks, bunkers and extra buildings with AI. The only drops of FPS/CPS were when they actually spawn cause each of spawned soldier had randomly picked EPOCH gear and it takes few seconds but thats all. At first i had local AI then moved it to headless client.
  3. I reworked this AISSP script (by SPUn / lostvar) for my server when there was one. And had it running since version 0.1.0.3 of EPOCH till 0.2.5.2. There was alot of CPS drops and it needs more changes than you did. As far as i know it will lag the shit out of your server if you don't change loops and shit to be terminated by timer or condition and even when you think that you did - you didn't. Lost a full month to this shit because i was too lazy to begin from scratch. Main goal was server FPS/CPS so i've made it highest priority to run server as long as i could with 40-50 ppl present at all times and best result was 38h without restart and if you only could see the map after that with ferris wheels and shit all over the place. After that test i've sticked to 3h restart. Now i've came back to A3 Epoch and decided to help DEADZ community so i've reworked all of that shit one more time to be less map depended. The main reason that i'm back is Taviana map so I've borrowed SEM fn_findMissionPos.sqf and fn_getWorldData.sqf thx to drsubo and kiloswiss again. Also since there is no more arms race and those who was there in december knows what i mean i will release all the shit i had. Release will include: Chernarus Sector-BmGJ - @Krasnostav airfield Taviana Sector-BmGJ - @Sector-B island And five missions: bunker - weapons and shit car crash - weapons and shit construction - building materials and shit heli crash - weapons and shit research facility - medical supplies and shit And as a bonus 500Kb of serverside Charnarus building/wreckage/ATM in a3_epoch_chernaplus.pbo After that Suppe, i think we could make something together if you want. Original script pack and documentation could be found here: http://lostvar.com/AISSP/ And a little advice to server owners, guys, i don't know was it optimized since then or not, but the more shit your spawn traders have more drops you will have each time someone trying to trade with them. I was changing their contents to [] in database weekly to avoid that.
  4. Did you configured your arma 3 server with mods @epoch;@epochhive or any other arma 3 server before? Because if you did, then you must know where is your profile folder which must be set in arma3server.exe launch params. There is distribution of server files located @http://epochmod.com/download_server.php and file archive contains: @EpochHive, BEC Plugin, Redis DB, Keys, MPMissions, Tools and the SC profile folder with basic.cfg and config.cfg.

It was working for me at some point and they were not cleaned up but then i've decided not to spawn vehicles because players stumble on vehicles while doing missions which are pretty random cause of "BIS_fnc_findSafePos". Something with this calls: _vehicle call EPOCH_server_save_vehicle; _vehicle call EPOCH_server_setVToken;

    GORUPS ISSUE

    There is issue with group when leader and maybe any of group members has "[]" in their names. This is NORMAL array that works: ["group_name","group_leader",4,[],[["#################","group_member1"],["#################","group_member2"],["#################","group_member3"]]] Those are fooked: ["group_name","group_leader[clan]",4,[],[["#################","group_member1"],["#################","group_member2"],["#################","group_member3"]]] OR ["group_name","[clan]group_leader",4,[],[["#################","group_member1"],["#################","group_member2"],["#################","group_member3"]]] So far to prevent this from happening you need to restrict players from using "[" or "]" in their names.

Guys if you having an issue with players getting kicked, check your steam_appid.txt first time i've updated and had an issue with value 233780, second time i've downloaded full a3s from steam and still got 233780 in steam_appid.txt and when i've verified integrity of game cache it redownloaded ONE FILE steam_appid.txt and now the value is 107410 and everything is smooth. bottom line - steam foocked up IF (steam_appid.txt == 233780) { status = fooked} - version is 1.36 and kicking players IF (steam_appid.txt == 107410) { status = smooth} - version is 1.36 running smooth again at 48 FPS Check your SC\config.cfg for requiredBuild = 128579;

  12. I would like to see A3 EPOCH Scripting forums category i think alot of people will have a part in contributing some fixes even if it's only a battleye filters.
  13. Also would be nice to see different kinds of storages like wooden crates and weapon racks maybe a fridge.
  14. There is a way to parse server logs to get information about players id that sold (x) quantity of someshit and bought (y) and (z) in (xx:xx:xx - xx:xx:xx) period of time so it's autobannable =] Just wait until release.
