  1. Ok, one more question about this. Zupa, you were right and it worked great but now I need to know is there anywhere else you can put the code in the sqf besides the very end and it still work? The reason I ask is my DZE godmode base = true code only seems to work at the very end of the file but when I move the skin script up one line it quits working also.

  2. Whenever someone on my server puts on a stalker skin, they become invisible to the ai, I am currently using WAI. Does anyone know either A: a fix for this or B: a way to truly remove stalker skins from the server or exclude them using infistar?

  3. Well, if I have to use the mission file how do you a vehicle that has more than one paa file for the the skin? I already have some skins working but I just put in my init file if (this vehicle) then use (this skin) or something similiar. Im just not sure how you would do a chinook or the cop car, both of which use at least 2 paa files.

  4. Hey, I have a question that I wanted to see if someone could answer. If I change the appearance of a vehicle in my wheeled.pbo file (the paa file) on the server will people on my server be able to see the difference? Which paa file do they use, the one in their client files or the one on the server? I am trying to change some vehicles but I don't want a crap ton of paa files in my mission file making it huge so I just wanted to try to

    change the files in the pbo file.

  5. Ok, first of all thanks for the replies. (Didn't mean to start an argument!) I checked, and the vehicles are already in my dynamic_vehicle file. I am trying to add them to the trader but for some reason server won't load with them added. The funny thing is, if I make a new item category and place them in it, the server will load (they just won't show up under the category). But if I try to add them to an existing category (trying to put them in used_cars) the server locks up.

  6. I have a question that I thought maybe someone on here could help me with. I have overwatch installed, I can spawn any of the vehicles using infistar but whenever I try to add them to the database my server hangs on waiting to authenticate and won't go any farther. I've already put all the overwatch weapons and ammo in the traders but for some reason it just doesn't want to take the vehicles. I'm pretty sure I'm using the right format because they match all the other items I have placed in my database but it just won't take them. If anyone has any ideas I would be most appreciative.

  7. Hey guys, I recently added Rmod to my server and noticed that nobody is on anymore. Could anyone tell me the simplest way to disable rmod temporarily on my server without having to delete files and such?

  8. I tried adding that to the missions sqm but then when I log into the game it won't let me into the lobby, it just tells me that this file is dependent on material that has been deleted ""rmod". And you are correct, I am pissed but they act like someone else did it because they just told me to change my password even though there were files that I couldn't modify but EVERYTHING was gone. Thanks for trying to help though. :)

    I have been using a server through verthosting and somehow all my server files magically disappeared yesterday. Verthosting reinstalled Rmod2 and overwatch for me and I had saved my (at least they were) working mission file and PBO and I put them back. However, now when I try to log in it sticks on "waiting for server to start authentication" and I'm not really sure which way to go. I would appreciate any help you guys could give me. Here is my rpt file:

    I can see the trader, he is there and the trader menu even opens, there Is just nothing in it.

  11. I recently installed a new trader for overpoch items. I got the trader to show up and the trader menu shows up but there are no items or categories listed. I made 2 new trader categories in my tid database, one for overpoch ammo and one for weapons and I used both of these for my servertraders.sqf file for my new trader (I'm sure they're right) When I input the items I made sure that they were put into the correct tid category but no matter what my trader won't show any categories or items. Does anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

     

     

  12. Hello,

         I just recently purchased an Epoch server and I am new to scripting. So far I figured out how to get Infistar installed and I got snap building installed but for the life of me I can't get any tow/lift mod to work. I have the R3F installed right now and I get the tow command but the lift option will never come up. Is there some issues with infistar and the tow/lift? I followed the install instructions to the letter on every script I tried but none seem to work, they either freeze at loading screen with sound or they don't give me an option to lift.

     

    I also have Rmod installed btw

     

    Any assistance would be most appreciated
