Normally it should display that name already as soon as someone presses the talk button.

It simply doesn't work on all webhosts. When using my own webhost it never worked as I always got the "not enough rights" error. I tried a second (free) hosting account with another provider, and it didn't work either. Now I'm hosting it on my own server at home, and it works without issues.

Some servers will only allow vehicle towing if you're using a truck like the Ural, and have heli lifting disabled.

Kinda like reinventing the wheel isn't it? There are already 2 AI scripts out there, both work fine with Epoch and only need minimal effort to add.
They could integrate one of these into Epoch, but whichever one they pick, there will always be people who preferred the other one. :)

Why can't you accept the fact that there are people who like Epoch the way the devs designed it?
You want undestructible bases, good for you. Not everyone does.
The devs clearly stated that they don't plan on making these destructible, end of discussion. Now let's all agree to disagree and end this topic.

If he runs the server I would asume he should know where to look. :)
But if not, it's in the object_data table.

Wow, so now you can build bases inside or near all mayor lootspots, and snipe people who come near them, without anyone being able to do anything about it.
Have fun doing a NWAF run when there's some idiot who build an indestructible bunker in the middle of the runway.
Even more brilliant, build a wooden wall right infront of everyone's base entrance..

Mounted weapons work pretty well.
It doesn't look like you can remove them, at least I don't see the option pop up either.

And I'm running that update on Vilayer, that line wasn't there though.

This is a custom file you need to add, it's not included.
This is a different debug monitor than the one included into your game.
Just copy/paste this into a new file and name it custom_monitor.sqf, create a folder called 'custom' in your mission folder, then edit your init.sqf and add this line at the bottom:
[] execVM "custom\custom_monitor.sqf";

You're hosting on Vilayer, by default they will only install the data for the map you are using. At least tis happend for me, I dont have any of the other data.

The inability to sell/buy armed helicopters unless you are Bandit or Hero status, is exctemely frustrating and disheartening.
When you find, and fix up a Chinook, and can't do anything with it because you're an "average" player, defeats half the purpose of playing.
-- You can make a shitload of gold when selling a few helicopters. It's not normal that every player can join a server and can then spend the next 2 hours selling heli's to become the richest player on the server. If you want access to the good stuff, you have to work for it. And seriously, it's not that hard to get hero or bandit status, especially since this is the single stat that carries over when you die.
Health regeneration is amazing, but feels over powered.

Wow, you sound like a fun guy to have on a server. :p
Just because something can be destroyed, it doesn't mean you have to.
There are quite a few PVE/RP servers where any form of basebuilding is a nice addition, because we don't have players who love to wreck other peoples hard work.

Since Epoch is running fine on most servers, there might not be anything to fix. Have you contacted HFB servers already? It could be a database issue on their end.

It should indeed, I'd say 2000+ lines of code is a tad over the top. :)

How did you end up with all trader data anyway? Your host automaticly adds them all?

As far as I know safes are working just fine, even when build half inside a wall or any other object. Most likely the player is overloading his safe, it does hold only 20 weapons/tools, so you reach the cap very fast.

You didn't do it exactly as its mentioned in the topic, otherwise it would work.
And without actually looking at your files, nobody here is going to be able to tell what you're missing.
