  1. Thanks, I'll take a look at removing those spawns - I ended up just writing my own godmode system, it wasn't that difficult.
  2. Hi, Two questions: 1. Is there a way of modifying the custom loadout without changing it in writer.pl? And if not, will modifying it and re-running writer.pl affect any of my settings? Figured this one out. I am dumb. Just the trader thing. 2. How would I go about enabling godmode in the traders? As of right now, the "safe zone" at the traders does not work - AI still spawn regardless, and they will kill you inside the traders. It's pretty annoying. In fact, in regards to my second question, is there a reason the safe zone is borked? In the DZAI config, it says that AI will not spawn around you if you're within 200m of the traders, yet they continue to spawn (and inside my other "safe zones" I've set up). Thanks, Zer0
  3. In restarter.pl there is the following code: # Uncomment to disabe night #($h, $m) = (17, 0) if ($h > 17 || ($h >= 0 && $h < 4));Uncomment that line, and every time your server reboots, if the time is past 17:00, or between 00:00 and 04:00, it will reset the time to 17:00. I've got mine set to 13:00 since I use 6 hour restarts, but you can change it to whatever you want.
  4. Also note that if you haven't set the path in restarter.pl, then running that command won't work. Just open up restarter.pl, and on line 11 (might be slightly different for you), change it to: use constant PATH => '/home/epoch/server/'; Then, as Swordsworn said, remove the cd from your command. Your current command will try to navigate to restarter.pl as if it were a folder, rather than executing it. EDIT: You should also modify the times at which it will run each PHP file, since a couple don't line up with your restart times.
  5. For some reason, it suddenly started working - all I did was try and connect to another server. Thanks.
  6. Yup - like I said, the server loads up fine, and it's populating the database (it's put my character in there), I just can't get past the loading screen.
  7. Hi, I've just managed to get a server up and running on CentOS 7 after a few hours of almost giving up. The server's now booting fine, I can see it in the server list, etc... but when I try to connect, I can't get past the loading screen. I get to the lobby, BattlEye initialises, all the normal stuff. Then, whether I click continue/ok or not, I get the loading screen. The bar fills up, then... nothing. No errors in the server, nothing in my .rpt file, it just sits there. I've left it for around 40 minutes while I went to do other stuff with no luck. Are there any people who have experienced this issue (preferably on CentOS, but any solution would be great) and fixed it? Note: A friend is in the process of installing Epoch now so he can check whether he has the same issue. Thanks, Zer0
  8. Got a weird issue here - on a server I play on, the build snapping is working perfectly. For everyone but me. I get the scroll option to toggle snapping, but when I select it, nothing happens and it prints this to my RPT file: I've checked the file it says there is an error in, and it is no different from anyone else's. "Building Object: MetalPanel_DZ" "build controls" Error in expression <ingAttachedToPlayer = false; systemChat ("Snapping - DISABLED"); } else { Snappi> Error position: <("Snapping - DISABLED"); } else { Snappi> Error Missing ; File mpmissions\__CUR_MP.Tavi\custom\snap_build\player_toggleSnapping.sqf, line 14 Error in expression <ingAttachedToPlayer = false; systemChat ("Snapping - DISABLED"); } else { Snappi> Error position: <("Snapping - DISABLED"); } else { Snappi> Error Missing ; File mpmissions\__CUR_MP.Tavi\custom\snap_build\player_toggleSnapping.sqf, line 14
