Lost player base! Help! URGENT!

On my server, players build bases. It seems to be all right, but just 2-3 days there is such a problem. Half the base disappears, as if it broke. I recently bought a hosting from Vilayer.com scripts and know the administrator at the secondary level, just told me that there is a possibility posmotret.kak and the base were destroyed in MYSQL database. Help please, return to base and the players did not disappear from the base Materials

Используй бэкап. Я думаю твой хостинг должен их сохранять.

По поводу решения:

Запусти сервер, и когда строения пропадут снова - не выключая, не перезагружая сервер зайди в FTP,

(надеюсь не надо объяснять как это делается), там поищи файл с форматом .rpt. Он находится в корне.

Этот файл - лог сервера. Если не сможешь его разобрать сам - залей на rghost, и скинь мне. Я посмотрю, в чём может быть проблема.
