Minor damage to vehicle = instant vehicle explosion

So basically...

 

Any vehicle bought at the traders, the smallest hit to the vehicle, even a shrub will cause the vehicle to instantly blow up.

 

I have no clue how to fix it :|

 

Has anyone had this before or know how to fix?

i had this issue after adding Sarge AI, have fixed it tho, but i can't give you the solution if you not running sarge AI

Unfortunately, we are not running Sarge AI.

you say that it has minor damage, but what about the hitpoints, i've seen this problem if you "fix" a car via the database at sets the damage to 0 but leave the hitpoints at 1.

So as an example.. I buy a car at trader. Its obviously in perfect condition. I hit a shrub 5metres out of god mode travelling at 10km/h... to the point that I only just nudge it. Will result in the car exploding. Vehicles spawned by the dynamic vehicles does not have this problem and act as normal

i would buy a car and then find it in the database (should be the last object added in it), and see if it's in mint condition in the database aswell (hitpoints empty and damage 0)

Are you using the F10 debug monitor? For some reason this caused my cars to explode easily. Since I have gotten rid of it it my cars stopped doing that. You will also notice using that F10 debug monitor that it doesn't allow you to walk away from trades and such. If you are using the F10 Debug Monitor PM me and Ill give you the code that will fix it.
