We have many new diseases on the server that can hurt a lot and also medicines if you take them by mistake that you die from it. 

Here comes a small section of the medication department 
A gunshot wound can be caused by a firearm. 
It is characterized by heavy bleeding and must be dressed immediately. 
Bandaging with a hemostatic dressing is more effective than a regular bandage or rag. 
After bandaging, the wound will continue to bleed slightly until the projectile is removed with a surgical kit.
A protective vest in good condition can protect you from gunshot wounds. However, the chance of penetrating the armor is calculated using the ballistic calculator. 
Thus, a light protective vest will protect you from small calibers, but not from medium and large calibers. If a bulletproof vest blocks a bullet, you will receive an injury in the form of a bruise.
WOUND TO INTERNAL ORGANS
Internal injuries can be caused by low probability gunshot wounds or wounds to the torso. 
Internal injuries cannot be dressed and will bleed continuously until treated with a surgical kit.
CONCUSSION
A concussion can be caused by a blow to the head with a blunt weapon or by a small-caliber gunshot wound while wearing a ballistic helmet. 
A concussion resolves on its own over time, but treatment can be accelerated with special medications.
Sepsis occurs when an infection enters an open wound. 
This can happen with low probability from a zombie scratch, a knife, or a gunshot wound. 
And it's also very likely to happen if you handle an open wound with dirty hands. 
If you don't treat sepsis, your health will decline over time.
Sepsis is treated with strong antibiotics (level 3).

Zombie virus is spread by droplets in the air and through body fluids. 
You can get sick with a small chance if you fight zombies in close combat. 
The risk of infection increases if a zombie inflicts wounds on you. 
Use a face mask and anti-puff and ballistic armor to reduce the risk of infection.
The virus has a very long incubation period. The player has more than an hour to find the antidote.
In the final stage of infection, your health begins to decline rapidly.
Drug overdose occurs when large doses of an active ingredient or toxin enter the body. 
An overdose is divided into 3 stages. 
In the first stage, nausea and hallucinations occurю. 
In the second stage, you become unconscious and lose consciousness. 
In the third stage, your health deteriorates. 
An overdose is eliminated from the body over time.

Use the stethoscope to examine the condition of living players and determine the cause of death.
Requires the "Probe" perk from "Medicine" to probe living players.
Requires the "Pathologist" ability from "Medicine" to examine dead players.
Added a badge to indicate to the player that their hands or the gloves they are wearing are sterile.

----------------- Compartment Skill -------------- 

Your character has 17 skills that can be improved. 
Each skill has 100 levels, each of which offers a choice of several unique perks. 
You can choose only one perk for each skill level, so you can create a unique build for your play style. 
Skills are stored in the character's profile and are NOT RECOVERED upon death, making upgrading a complex and lengthy process.
When creating a new character, you can choose a starting skill of your choice (the number of available skill points is determined by the server administrator).
The server administrator can set the experience multiplier for each skill separately at his discretion
To open the in-game skills menu, press the "O" key (can be changed in the settings if needed)

There is still a trader like Epoch you can only buy what a player has sold. 

You must go to sleep with the time so that you do not become powerless, etc..
