debugmonitor missing

Hello, I need your advice.

I have set up an Arma2 Epoch Server (1.0.6.2). The server is running (lift / tow, WAI, fuel / repair) but I don't have a debug monitor.
Do I have to install it first or do I just have to switch it on?

find a script on these forums. or if you own infistar, There is a config option to where u can use the debug monitor they have provided
