My overpoch panthera server just goes to map voting then nothing happens

When I join my name for the server doesnt show up its just desktop then it goes to map voting and once I pick a map it just does it all over again. I have no clue what imd oing wrong

sounds like the server isnt reading the sever_config. Re-check your install and if you need it heres a video guide to help out
