Trouble Starting My Server

Hello, I'm trying to set up an Overpoch server and I've come to a bit of a problem, basically there are two errors which prevent me from logging in however fixing one of them causes the other.

My first error is a runtime error when launching arma2aosever.exe:

After doing some research I learned that this is due to not having all of the vc redists when looking at the ones I had installed I saw that I had all of the ones that are needed for epoch (2008 - 2017) however I also learned that if I uninstalled the x86 version of 2017 redist and replaced it with the x64 version I could load the server fine however I would get a HIVE error in my RPT:

After reading about this error, the main reason it occurs, judging off of the other forum posts about the issue, is because people don't have all of the redists that are supplied however currently I can't have all of them otherwise it causes a runtime error so I'm caught in a bit of a viscous cycle.
