Dynamic Vehicle Spawning

So I have set my vehicle spawning to MaxVehicleLimit = 0; // Max number of random vehicles to spawn around the map. Removed all the vehicles from dynamic_vehicle.sqf, but I am still getting vehicles spawning on the map. how do i completely turn that off?

If you started the server with the value that came by default, the vehicles already appeared and you need to delete them from the database. In the object database, select the vehicles and delete them

You do not need to delete the vehicles, as they are selling or destroying, they do not reappear any more.
