Convert dayz.st sql to Verthost

As the topic says i have a server with dayz.st and also bought a new one with verthost, i plan on keeping them both, however i would like to change my epoch sql data base from dayz.st to verthost so in effect copy the player & object data bases over etc does anyone know if there is a way of doing this > anyone been in the same situation ? dayz.st uses slightly custom sql files from what i can see
