:any: appearing at CashMoney slot, players duping money

I'm having a problem where players are able to dupe money/ get their money set to 'any' and have unlimited money. I haven't been able to spectate and see how they do it, however, I have found this in the database log:

It's to the point where they need to be banned, however, I really want to prevent this from happening in the future. On another note, one of them got a BE global ban yesterday, and today is on with a different GUID. How's that possible?

Further investigation and I believe the <null> in that statement is what is causing problems for me. I think I have fixed it by not saving friendlies. On to the duping money, what kind of triggers can I place to see how players are duping their cash?

any means that value is nil or non existent.
