EMS and WAI mission's 2 of each

Hello, I used to run EMS then got rid of it for WAI.  However I want EMS back, I want it running along side (so to speak) with WAI.  I want to be able to have 2 EMS and 2 WAI missions, so 4 missions total running at the same time.  Is there a config I have to do, or just add the EMS to the server.pbo?

Go to config and add WAI, EMS, appear all missions without errors. Am i in my server epoch and overpoch with success to WAI EMS ZFM. I have more than 3 missions different

Where do you add WAI in the EMS config, or do you mean copy the WAI config and paste it in the EMS folder?   I just looked in the EMS config and I did not see a place to add it.
