Bulk Glass

Had a look around and see this item mentioned:

Now my question is, if I add this to my server traders, at the wholesaler, will it just work "out of the box" or is any other configuration needed?

 

Can't test this myself at the moment, hence posting the questsion here if someone has done this before perhaps.

 

Otherwise will update this post if it works/does not work for me when I can test.

As far as I know, You cant just make a bulk item and put it in the trader. There are certain bulk items in epoch code that can be put into the traders like Coke and bacon bulks.

the item must already be premade you cannot just add the word bulk in front of it.

You may use a right click mod to add more options on a bulk item and sell that in a trader. Like a supply crate

Yes,  know I can't just add bulk in front of the item.

I saw that someone had this already in his config, bulk_PartGlass. and though that it was a pre-made bulk item.

 

Turns out adding it shows in the traders but does not work.  It only takes your money and then complain that the item can not be found.

 

So is it possible to make up your own bulk items?

Yes, If you modify the epoch files and distribute it to your clients if you want them to join your server.
