Stuck on authentication. server_monitor.sqf, line 280

I'm not 100% on if this should be here or in another section and I apologize if this is the wrong one.

 

Yesterday our server restarted and is now stuck on Waiting to Authenticate. No code had been altered.

 

So far I have tried removing all database entries from the day before restart and double checked all tables for punctuation/etc.
