Base Building Models

Hey guys, 

 

This is directed toward sequisha and Kiory as this is a modelling inquiry-

 

I know that you want the base building system to be realistic but I think it needs some improvements. When building a two story base and using a staircase it makes it difficult to get all the pieces to square off properly. This is because you cannot place a floor piece on top of a staircase or else it blocks the staircase. The effect this has on the rest of the base makes it so the quadrant the staircase is in is lower than all the others. I would like the floors and walls to clip into one another to avoid this issue.

 

Is this possible?

@Zymax - Upgrade the stairs with x4 lumber and hey presto you have a stairs with a wooden platform on top! 

 

Also stairs will snap to wooden floor & floor to stairs ect..
